The purpose of establishing a company is to survive in the future by earning profit every year. this study was compare financial performance franchising companies, between PT. Master Indonesian Culinary with Velvet Project, period 2018 and 2019. analysis method uses comparative liquidity ratios, solvency activity ratios profitability for 2 (two) periods. conclusion that ratio two companies less than 200%, meaning company's can be said good. shows an up down movement. its activities, This quite good effective managing resources both show decrease net profit.
